Connoisseur Vehicle Movements (CVM) is a vehicle services business based in Watford, Hertfordshire. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us at info@cvmovements.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address, your contact number, your company name if you give one, the service you are asking about and the message you write.

Like most websites, our server keeps a log of requests, which includes IP addresses. We also use your IP address briefly to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your message and to deal with your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where your enquiry is about using our services, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.

Where it goes

Your message is stored on our web server and sent to us by email. The email is delivered by our email provider, SMTP2GO, which handles it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records, and then delete them.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@cvmovements.com and we will respond.
